Return Policy

1. Overview

At Chroxxenvychit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations and Finnish consumer law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2.2 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the contact details below or send us a written notice. You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

• 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
• 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

2.4 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For certain products, the right of withdrawal may not apply. In particular, for health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return may lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or not as described.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

Products may be returned if:

• The product is unused and unopened (sealed packaging intact)
• The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery for general returns
• The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery for EU right of withdrawal
• The product is in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Products that have been opened or have broken seals
• Products that show signs of use or tampering
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

Note: This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or not as described.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. In such cases:

• We will arrange for the return at no cost to you
• You may choose a replacement or a full refund
• We may request photographs of the damage or defect

You have statutory rights under EU law for products that are faulty or not as described for up to 2 years from delivery.

5. How to Return a Product

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any product, please contact us at response@chroxxenvychit.world with:

• Your order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible. Include the Return Authorization Number with your return. Ship the product to the address we provide.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Right of Withdrawal (EU): You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
• Defective/Incorrect Products: We will cover the return shipping costs
• Change of Mind: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods

7. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card (may take 5-10 business days to appear)
• PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
• Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures quicker processing.

9. Partial Refunds

Where permitted by law, partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery but within 60 days
• Products with visible signs of use but still in resalable condition
• Products not in their original packaging

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:

• First, check your bank account or payment provider again
• Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
• If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

11. Your Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish law or EU consumer protection regulations. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by this Return Policy or our Terms of Use.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
